Returns

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

• You received a damaged or defective product
• You received an incorrect product
• The product is missing from your order

To be eligible for a return:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order ID / invoice) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or incorrect:

• Personal care or cosmetic items once seal is broken
• Free samples / promotional products

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
• Amount will be credited back to your original payment method

Please note:

• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Replacement

In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of refund, depending on product availability.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Laventra Cosmetics products are formulated using natural ingredients. However, individual skin sensitivities may vary. We recommend performing a patch test before use.
